Characters must be 21 IC to be served alcohol. Burnt Offerings staff reserves the right to request ID, and refuse service in the event it cannot be produced.

In keeping with Health Code restrictions, blood and raw meat will not be served in the bar. Pomme de sangs will be available on request for vampires.

  • The Teritini: Ah, the Teritini, Terissa's crowning achievement. Appearance-wise, a green concoction in a martini glass, the rim coated with green sugar and a lime slice sitting on the rim. $6.00

  • Lightning Limeade: A refreshing limeade drink with a kick, designed for intoxication. $6.00

  • Sweet Green Love: A shot of sweet SoCo and Midori, with just a splash of sour. $4.00

  • The Green Motherfucker: A mix of various liquors, with enough of a punch to knock anyone for a loop, if only for a moment. $4.00

  • Chocolate-covered Presea: Sweet, spicy, and wholly unexpected, this drink combines cinnamon schnapps, kirsche, and just a splash of crème de cacao. A chocolate-covered cherry with a kick! $6.00

  • The Kyandi Apple: an updated apple martini with sour sugar rimming the glass. Served on a light-up coaster to make the glass and drink within appear to be glowing. $6.00

  • Mardis Gras Cooler: A drink made in the deep blue hue, crushed ice blended to perfection with lemon, lime, blue curacao, and plenty of tequila. $6.00

  • (Non-Alcoholic) Bubbly Selena: Sweet, bubbly, and pink, just like the femme herself. An Italian cream soda flavored like bubble gum for those patrons who happen to be underage. $1.50

November Specials
This month, Selena had a little help from Jin in creating these recipes!

Pita Calzone: Fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and Monterey Jack cheese, stuffed into bite sized pockets with a dash of oregano to temp the taste buds. Add ham for them carnivores.  

Mozza/Zucchini Dippers:
Deep fried mozzarella sticks, the ooey-gooey, piping hot satisfaction that comes with eating melty cheese. For those that have no love of cheese, nor wish to see their waistlines jump out in front of them; try the zucchini sticks instead, with salt and pepper it makes a tasty snack. Accompanied with a light Tzatziki sauce.     


Caribbean Smoked Pork Loin:
Smoked over cherry wood and dark sweet rum, this jerk rub of cayenne, garlic, ginger, pepper, cloves and few other secret ingredients accent the tender, succulent, juicy meat of the tenderloin. Served with grilled nectarines and a pea shoots and arugula salad.  

Warm and Spicy Beef Stew
: Slow roasted beef short ribs, with carrots, onion, celery, tomato, chili s, and garlic. A sprig of thyme, a bay leaf, and a splash or two of red wine rounds out the rich meaty broth. This is better than what Grandma used to make. Served with mashed potatoes!  Pan Seared

Duck Breast with Mustard Glaze: Muscovy duck breast rubbed in cranberry mustard, thyme, and black pepper seared in chardonnay, served with sautéed gnocchi, and seasonal acorn squash.   


Tuna with Braised Leeks and Ginger Salsa:
Thick slices of delectable tuna fish, grilled to perfection, on top a bed of Pinot Noir braised leeks, complemented by a ginger mint sauce. Rich fish, and smooth zingy sauce makes this dish a treat.

Pumpkin Pie Icecream:
You heard right. The flavors of the pie, with some grahm cracker crunch, in cold, creamy icecream!

Cranberry Sorbet: Who needs the sauce? Sweet yet tart, cold and refreshing, and much prettier than the stuff in the can.

Chocolate Blood Orange Mousse:
Fluffy whipped chocolate with a hint of orange liqueur, served with a slice of blood orange and kiwi, lightly dusted with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Complimented best with Glenlivet Scotch and freshly squeezed blood oranges on crushed ice.



ENTREES:

All menu items are served with choice of fries, coleslaw, or salad, unless otherwise stated. 

 

  • Jumpin' Jambalaya: A New Orleans staple! The hottest spices with big chunks of chicken and pork, served over a bed of hot, fluffy rice. A taste of Louisiana in ever bite.

  • Red Hot Rotini: A rotini pasta served in diced tomatoes and onions with chili peppers, hot pepper sauce, and ground black pepper. Enough to add some sizzle to your night.

  • 4 Cheese Shells: Shell pasta stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, asiago, and Parmesan cheese, along with other delicious herbs and ingredients. All covered in a bolognese sauce, containing ground beef and pork for extra hearty goodness.

  • Potato and Pork Gnocchi: Delicious pork simmered in a combination of herbs, wine, and broth, with lovely gnocchi pasta. Its a feast for the eyes, as well as the soul.

  • Presea's Pyromaniac Wings: Now available! Hot wings! Chicken wings covered in your choice of four sauces: 
    • Chaud - A sauce where the main pepper is the humble, but still spicey, Pablano pepper;
    • Caliente- A slightly hotter sauce with Jalapeno as the star;
    • Caldo - A sauce where the Habanero tests your taste buds;
    • FIRE! - Naga Jolokia peppers (the hottest in the world!) to bring you to the fiery edge!
  •  Selena's Picante Burger: A super spicy burger spiced with adobo sauce, chili peppers, and other spices to add a hot punch to any pallet! If you like it caliente, then try this menu item.  - $3.75

    And for the brave of heart.... add an order of fries spiced with the same seasonings as the burger, and a brown sugar and cinnamon milkshake to wash it all down.  - $4.75

  • The Italia Burger:
    Stuffed with a Gorgonzola, red pepper, and caper filling, topped with Attrazione lettuce, fresh tomatoes, provolone, and mozzarella, this burger brings the spice and flair of Italy to the palate. -$3.75

    • Chocolate Covered Presea: The much adored drink is now in pie form! A dark and decadent chocolate filling in a chocolate crust, topped with whipped cream, sprinkled with cinnamon and chocolate shavings, with dark red cherries as a finishing touch...
